TravelMart Thimphu was established by a collective of professional mountaineers, backcountry guides, and survival specialists. Our journey began in the rugged terrains of the Himalayas, where we quickly learned that Mother Nature does not forgive those who are unprepared. Today, we exist to ensure that every outdoor enthusiast, from weekend campers to extreme alpinists, has access to life-saving knowledge and gear analysis.

The Team
Our authors and gear testers spend an average of 100+ nights a year sleeping in tents, snow caves, and bivy sacks. They push equipment to its absolute limits so that you don't have to discover a failure when you're 50 miles from civilization.
